Bothell, WA (September 5, 2007)–Behringer has added Ron Koliha as global director of marketing, media and communications; and Scott Garside as corporate communications manager for North America, Asia and the Middle East.
After 10 years at Mackie, then creative stints at Tascam and Harman Music Group, Koliha will now organize Behringer’s branding efforts. His duties will include directing advertising, web content, multimedia, packaging and manuals.
Fellow ex-Mackoid Garside was most recently projects and operations manager at SaneWave Audio. He brings to the company a background in research and product management as well as marketing communications.
According to Behringer chairman/founder, Uli Behringer, “For many years, I have admired Ron and Scott for their excellent work at Mackie, and I am happy that they have both decided to join us. I am proud to welcome these industry veterans to the Behringer staff.”
