KK Labs’ first pro audio product offerings include the DS8 studio monitor, TAZ15c stage monitor, DSP control and Class D power amplifier modules. Founder and company president Klawitter informally unveiled the new DS8, a DSP/Ethernet-controlled, self-powered, 8-inch, two-way studio monitor, at the NAMM Show in January.

Klawitter stated: “We had a great coming-out party at NAMM. Everyone was hyped up about how great the DS8 sounds and was glad to see I was back making monitors. It was a great feeling, and fantastic to see all my old friends. In parallel with our studio systems, we are developing and designing a full line of very high-end live PA stage systems, to bridge that sonic gap between live and studio."
