Oxnard, CA (September 30, 2004)--L-Acoustics U.S. has added five companies to its expanding list of V-Dosc and dV-Dosc Network owners. New sound reinforcement company 3G Live of Los Angeles and Orange County has purchased a complete L-Acoustics system comprised of 24 V-Dosc and 12 dV-Dosc cabinets, 16 SB218 and four dV-Dosc sub enclosures, 24 115XT HiQ monitor wedges, 13 racks of various LA Series amplifiers, and a full complement of loudspeaker rigging hardware.

Under the direction of Jay Curiel, 3G Live’s mainstay is providing systems for corporate events around the U.S., as well as large-scale concert production services with a special emphasis on Latin American artists. Moonlighting & Sound of Sparks, NV bought a dozen V-Dosc, eight dV-Dosc, eight SB218, one dV-Sub, and two 115XT HiQ enclosures. Ken Van Gelder and his crew at M&S frequently provide reinforcement for casino productions in nearby Reno in addition to rigs for many one-off performances in the surrounding area.

Anthony Cioffi and Boulevard Productions of New Millford, NJ, have initiated their L-Acoustics inventory with a dozen dV-Dosc cabinets, plus four dV-Sub and four SB218 subwoofers, all powered by L-Acoustics LA 48a amplifiers. Like M&S, Boulevard specializes in various music productions and one-offs.

Ft. Myers, FL-based Tech-Tronics Productions purchased 18 dV-Dosc and six dV-Sub systems, with everything driven by LA 48a amps. Ted Roepke and his team plan to use the new systems on a variety of music and corporate events.

Lastly, Call Brothers Productions, spearheaded by Jim Call, has joined the ranks of dV-Dosc Network Owners through the purchase of a dozen enclosures. Headquartered in Alta Dena, CA, Call Brothers bought its cabinets primarily for use on corporate functions.

"Each of these companies is now linked to an extensive North American network of fellow V-Dosc and dV-Dosc owners with whom they can share knowledge and inventory," said Paul Freudenberg, L-Acoustics U.S. director of sales and marketing. "We’re very pleased to welcome them to the family and thank them all for their support of our products."
