New York (July 9, 2008)–L-Acoustics has revised its Dosc systems training seminars to incorporate the new amplified controller system architecture of its new LA4 and LA8.
Designed for L-Acoustics systems owners as well as technicians, mixing engineers and sound designers using the products, two summer sessions will be presented at L-Acoustics US in Oxnard, CA, with one focusing on Kudo based systems (held July 23 and 24), and the other dealing with V-Dosc (August 26 and 27).
The manufacturer plans for the new 2008 summer seminars to offer a blend of theoretical knowledge (day one) and field procedures (day two) in regard to operating and optimizing WST based systems in a safe and controlled environment. System seminars can be extended to a third day–July 25 and August 28, respectively–dedicated to the manufacturer’s Soundvision 3D acoustical modeling software. Upon completion of the seminar, attendees will receive a certificate of attendance, a first step in obtaining future QVT status.
Seminars are limited to 12 participants per session, with priority given to owners of L-Acoustics system. For details on enrollment, or to schedule on-site and custom trainings by special request, interested parties can contact L-Acoustics US Sales and Marketing coordinator Meg Rodseth at 805.604.0577 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
