Toronto/New York, NY (April 5, 2007)--Lawo North America and Dale Pro Audio will announce a partnership agreement at NAB2007 to provide additional sales and service facilities for the Lawo digital range of audio products in the U.S. The agreement between the two companies reportedly comes at a time when Lawo is experiencing increasing success with its large format broadcast console, the mc266, and a growing interest in its flagship product, the mc290 production console.
Herbert Lemcke, president of Lawo North America explains the longer term plan to develop not only the distribution of the Lawo range of product in key areas of the U.S., but also to establish a service support network for its increasing customer base.
"We recognize the importance for our broadcast customers to be able to have additional points of contact when they need support," said Lemcke. "Dale Pro Audio from its base in New York offers Lawo an added dimension to our longer term strategy in both sales and service, supporting our own sales and service team in Toronto, Canada."
Dale Pro Audio believes that the Lawo digital consoles and its 96KHz digital audio router, the Lawo Nova73 HD, represent the pinnacle of performance and technology for the demanding broadcast, remote truck, House of Worship, and production user.
"We are extremely pleased to have Lawo join our family of solutions," said Mike Bogen, sales manager at Dale Pro Audio. "We look forward to presenting the Lawo products to our clients for the first time at the NAB2007 show and in Dale Pro Audio's New York City demonstration facilities." Bogen went on to say that in just a very short period of time Lawo has made a significant impact on the broadcast audio community in North America. Both Dale Pro Audio and Lawo now look forward to developing this further.
