Los Angeles, CA (November 22, 2005)--M-Audio has announced two limited availability bundles: the iZotope 64-bit Studio Processing Bundle, incorporating iZotope's three 64-bit audio processors--Ozone 3, Spectron and Trash, and the GForce Future Retro Pack collection of GForce virtual instruments. These are limited-edition collections only available (approximately) through the holidays.

The iZotope 64-bit Studio Processing Bundle is available now through the holidays at a discounted price of $449.95 (a $578 value). Minimum system requirements for Windows are a 600 MHz processor: Windows 98SE, Me, 2000, XP; DirectX 8. Minimum system requirements for Mac are G4 600 MHz running OS X 10.2. The GForce Future Retro Pack is available at the special bundle price of $449.95 (a $520 value).

By integrating several effects into one processing system with 64-bit fidelity, each iZotope plug-in replaces several competing tools, optimizes workflow, and maximizes signal quality. iZotope's Ozone 3 combines analog modeling with 64-bit digital precision to deliver a complete integrated suite of mastering processors. According to M-Audio, Ozone 3 sounds better than a series of plug-ins because all processing is done with one interface via 64-bit DSP. More than just a series of effects, iZotope Spectron uses 64-bit spectral domain processing to deliver control over selective frequency bands. Morphing, delay, chorus, filters, flanging, and panning are just the starting points for limitless effects possibilities.

iZotope Trash is a tool for selectively adding distortion to tracks. It delivers tons of guitar rig simulators, plus a tool chest of subtler tone enhancements--tape saturation for vocals, overdrive for keyboards, a pinch of fuzz on a lead guitar and lots more.

The GForce Future Retro Pack combines all of GForce's emulations of vintage keyboards in one affordable package. These software instruments--Minimonsta:Melohman, The Oddity, impOSCar and M-Tron--bring back the sounds that defined an era--the Minimoog, ARP Odyssey, Oxford OSCAR and Mellotron, respectively. In addition to being authentic in sound and function, these incredible emulations have the advantage of modern features like memory, additional modulation and new performance modes the original designers never dreamed of. They can be used alone or with most popular host software. Compatibility includes VST 2.0 (Mac/PC including VSTi), RTAS (Mac/PC) and Audio Units (Mac).

The M-Tron is a recreation of the classic Mellotron popularized by artists such as The Beatles, Yes, David Bowie, Led Zeppelin, King Crimson and The Moody Blues. It comes with over 2.5 GB of real Mellotron samples including strings, choir, flutes, brass, and more. Minimum system requirements for PC are Intel Pentium II 300MHz; 96MB RAM; Windows 98, 98SE, Me, 2000, and XP; VST 2.0 or RTAS-compatible host application for plug-in operation. Minimum system requirements for Macintosh are PowerMac G3; 128MB RAM; OS X; VST 2.0, RTAS, or Audio Unit-compatible host application for plug-in operation.

The Minimonsta:Melohman is an emulation of the classic Minimoog that was at the forefront of the analog synth revolution and popularized by artists like Jan Hammer, Rick Wakeman, Keith Emerson, Gary Numan and Kraftwerk. Enhancements include polyphony, programmability, morphing, additional LFO and ADSR, and delay. Minimum system requirements for PC are Intel Pentium IV 1GHz; 64MB RAM; Windows 98SE, Me, 2000, XP; VST 2.0 or RTAS compatible host application for plug-in operation. Minimum system requirements for Macintosh are 1.25 GHz PowerMac G4; 128MB RAM; Mac OS X; VST 2.0, RTAS, or Audio Unit compatible host application for plug-in operation.

The impOSCar is a faithful reproduction of the classic OSCar synthesizer used by artists including Stevie Wonder, Billie Currie, BT, Keith Emerson and Geoff Downes. This legendary vintage synth has been faithfully reproduced to the last detail--along with some new innovations. Use it in stand-alone or host mode. Minimum system requirements for PC are Intel Pentium III 500MHz; 64MB RAM; Windows 98, 98SE, Me, 2000, and XP; VST 2.0 or RTAS compatible host application for plug-in operation. Minimum system requirements for Macintosh are PowerMac G4; 64MB RAM; OS X; VST 2.0, RTAS, or Audio Unit compatible host application for plug-in operation.

The Oddity is a meticulous emulation of the classic ARP Odyssey popularized by artists as diverse as Herbie Hancock, Styx, Ultravox and Portishead. Modern improvements include programmability, preset morphing, host-syncable LFO and automation. Use it in stand-alone mode (Mac/PC) or as a plug-in for most popular host applications. Minimum system requirements for PC are Intel Pentium III 300MHz; 64MB RAM; Windows 98SE, Me, 2000, and XP; VST 2.0 or RTAS compatible host application for plug-in operation. Minimum system requirements for Macintosh are PowerMac G4; 128MB RAM; Mac OS X; VST 2.0, RTAS, or Audio Unit compatible host application for plug-in operation.
