Margarita Mix de Santa Monica Takes Honda to Super Bowl

Studios, Inc., announced that its Margarita Mix de Santa Monica facility was selected by Rubin Postaer and Associates (RPA) to perform the audio post on Honda's Ridgeline truck spot, which aired during this year's Super Bowl telecast.

Studios, Inc., announced that its Margarita Mix de Santa Monica facility was selected by Rubin Postaer and Associates (RPA) to perform the audio post on Honda's Ridgeline truck spot, which aired during this year's Super Bowl telecast.

Broadcast during the third quarter of Super Bowl XXXIX, the spot was recorded, edited and mixed by Margarita Mix de Santa Monica mixer Jimmy Hite. Hite's extensive advertising background includes work on numerous spots for companies such as Budweiser, Sony Playstation 2, DirecTV, Ford, Epson, Nissan, Energizer and Chevrolet. Previous Super Bowl spots he has worked on include ads for Budweiser, Homestore.com, Nissan, E*Trade and EDS. In 2002, he received the "Best Audio Engineer" award at the 23rd annual Telly Awards for his audio post work on EDS' highly praised "Cat Herders" Super Bowl spot.
