Santa Monica, CA (October 29, 2009)--Margarita Mix is busy working on more than a dozen promos each week for the new NFL RedZone Channel.
Margarita Mix is currently providing sound design, voice recording and audio mixing services to the NFL Network for on-air promotions for its new NFL RedZone Channel, and its shows NFL GameDay, NFL Replay and NFL Total Access. The project will extend through the remainder of the NFL season.
Margarita Mix's work for the NFL Network this season included the launch campaign for NFL RedZone, the network's new highlights channel airing Sunday afternoons. Ongoing work includes promos for the preview show NFL GameDay, Thursday Night Football and NFL Replay, a rebroadcast of each week's best games, as well as the daily news series NFL Total Access.
Having worked with NFL Network for several months, Margarita Mix's mixers have developed a good rapport with the network's creative team. "The work is fast and furious during the season," notes mixer Jeff Levy. "NFL Network's Jason Trautwein has a great ear and knows exactly what he wants and we've gotten into a nice groove. We might do 30 spots in a week, :15s, :30s, a :60s--it's different every week."
