Matchbook Romance and Moses Mayfield Get Down In The Long View Barn

North Brookfield, MA (December 2, 2005)--Matchbook Romance recently recorded a new album in the Barn at Long View Studios, the residential studio get-away located in the farmlands of central Massachusetts. The band worked with producer John Goodmanson (Sleater-Kinney, Blood Brothers) on the Neve 8078 console. The album, entitled Voices is scheduled for release on Valentine's Day, 2006. North Brookfield, MA (December 2, 2005)--Matchbook Romance recently recorded a new album in the Barn at Long View Studios www.longviewstudios.com, the residential studio get-away located in the farmlands of central Massachusetts. Matchbook Romance frontman Andrew Jordan (playing guitar) and producer John Goodmanson working on the Neve 8078 Console in the Barn at Long View. Matchbook Romance drummer Aaron Stern and Goodmanson working on drums in the Barn at Long View.The band worked with producer John Goodmanson (Sleater-Kinney, Blood Brothers) on the Neve 8078 console. Moses Mayfield also recorded basic tracks for their new Epic record at Long View Studios, with producer Ben Grosse. The band then continued work on the album at The Mix Room in Burbank, CA. Engineer Travis Huff worked with Grosse on the mix, and describes the sound in this way: "think Coldplay meets Pearl Jam meets Dave Matthews Band."
