Austin, TX (November 30, 2006)–Since relocating her Moonlight Mastering to Austin, TX in April, mastering engineer Nancy Matter has been busy working on The Who 2006 World Tour Concert Series. A total of 109 worldwide concert dates will finish up in mid-2007 back in Europe where The Who kicked off their tour last summer.
Matter said, “We have been very busy since our move to Austin, Texas last
spring and working with a legendary band as The Who is just amazing. We completed the first concert at the beginning of the summer and they are still out there giving millions of fans a great show.”
On the move to Austin, Matter added, “We moved into a 1300-square-foot facility which doubled the size of Moonlight Mastering, Burbank, California. We have a 650-square-foot lounge now that is great for artists to feel even more at home and shoot pool or play Ms. Pac Man if they wish, and a private client office area. Austin is a great musical city, we have met so many great people here from the Recording Academy and many artists. The NAMM show being here for the first time this past summer was a great addition to our already growing musical community. Hopefully, it will return for years to come.”
