North Hollywood, CA (August 6, 2004)–Megatrax Production Music has announced the release of a new six-CD Latin Music Library entitled Sensacion. Megatrax co-founders JC Dwyer and Ron Mendelsohn, who also served as executive producers of the new release, made the announcement.
Sensacion was composed, arranged and produced by Jorge Calandrelli and was produced by Byron Brizuela. The new collection includes Latin hi-hop and Latin pop/dance tracks; salsas, merengues, mambos, and other tropical styles; banda, mariachi, cumbia and other regional Mexican styles; bossas and sambas from Brazil; tangos and dances from Argentina; plus romantic Latin ballads featuring acoustic guitars and string orchestra. Sensacion was recorded and mixed by Eddie King and Derek Jones at Megatrax Studios, mastered at Capitol Mastering and Dave Collins Mastering, and is published by Musica Sensacional (ASCAP.)
