Established nearly a decade ago, the festival attracts more people each year, with the recent 2004 event boasting attendance figures of over 120,000. "I like this festival for a number of reasons," said ST’s proprietor, Sander de Kruyff. "For a start, it’s one of the few big, week-long festivals left in Holland, and one of the few that doesn’t charge an entrance fee, yet it still manages to attract a top-class line-up. From an audio contractor’s point of view, this means a huge variety of artists, all with different requirements, so it is imperative to provide a FOH console that is both flexible and easy to use. The Heritage 1000 is a great choice from that point of view, and even offers automation for those who require it."
