North Hollywood, CA (April 4, 2006)–Creedence Clearwater Revival frontman and solo artist John Fogerty is in NRG Recording Studios mixing his Live at the Wiltern DVD release. Fogerty will be spending over a month at NRG with producer Jim Scott and engineer Dan Certa, mixing the DVD in 5.1 surround sound for a Concord Records release. Meanwhile, former O-Town band member and star of MTV’s There and Back, Ashley Parker Angel, finished his solo album at NRG, with producer Soulshock and engineer Bill Malina.
Parker Angel’s album was both recorded and mixed at NRG, and will be released under the Blackground/Universal Record label.

In addition to laying down album tracks, the Motorhead guys worked on a new theme song for World Wrestling Entertainment’s wrestler Triple H.
Epic artist Sara Bareilles and producer Eric Rosse recently spent time in NRG’s Studio B for Bareilles’ upcoming freshman LP. Rosse is known for producing Tori Amos and Lisa Marie Presley. Bareilles’ debut was on New Line Record’s soundtrack to the hit movie Monster-In-Law. Rosse was reported to have enjoyed NRG’s hospitality and tracking room B so much that while speaking with studio manager Vince Quintero about NRG’s Studio B, he said, “This is my new favorite room.”
