Enfield, CT (August 1, 2006)–CharterOak Acoustic Devices recently upgraded their existing website to include a feature dubbed “Deming’s Tips & Tricks,” which adds to the service and support for all CharterOak products.
CharterOak founder and producer/engineer, Michael Deming, will add tips & tricks content at the beginning of each month. Deming’s 20 years of experience and passion for recording has played a major role in actual sales of CharterOak microphones. Knowing that the “guy behind the microphones” has practical experience as well as technical knowledge develops a relationship not typically found between an end user and the manufacturer. Users are pleasantly surprised by Deming’s openness in discussing the microphones, the company’s development and unique process, and some of the unique results achieved while testing CharterOak microphones in actual sessions.
According to CharterOak, the Tips & Tricks feature is a result of the positive end-user feedback already circulating on the web. “In this forum, we can educate and delight a larger audience and solidify the growing reputation as a ‘service’ oriented company.”
Users of CharterOak products can visit the website to learn from the [microphone] designer, tricks for positioning and applications, favorite hardware compatibility, and results that blew our beta testers away. Visitors can also make requests for future tips. As questions build, they will be addressed in the FAQ section of the website. Future plans also include the addition of a monthly forum for Q&A moderated by Deming.
CharterOak will continue to build a service friendly company. Personal attention combined with unique post-purchase service options such as Adapt, the create your own classic microphone customization program, live phone support, and new website content demonstrates continued commitment to the customer.
