Stockport, UK (February 1, 2006)--UK-based artist Badly Drawn Boy (aka Damon Gough) has returned to the two-room Stockport, UK facility, Moolah Rouge Studios, to work his an upcoming album.

Gough recorded and mixed his fourth album, One Plus One Is One [which contains the fantastic song, "Four Leaf Clover"], with producer Andy Votel, at Moolah Rouge in 2004.

In preparation for the Badly Drawn Boy session, Moolah Rouge Studios increased its stock of Van Damme cables (VDC). VDC supplied Moolah Rouge with a selection of products including Van Damme Headphone cable and Van Damme Classic Microphone cable. The order also included Van Damme Classic Instrument cable--a low capacitance cable that is especially suited to guitars, keyboards and other unbalanced output musical devices.

Producer/engineer Dan Broad, who worked with Badly Drawn Boy on the demo sessions, said: "Moolah Rouge has been very busy recently with sessions from The Doves as well as a number of local bands, so we needed to increase our cable stock to cope with demand. We approached VDC because it's a company we have worked with in the past and we've always found their products to be very reliable. The whole of Studio A was wired using VDC products so it made sense to return to them when we needed additional cables for Badly Drawn Boy's demo sessions in studio B."
