San Francisco, CA (August 8, 2006)–MOTU’s Digital Performer is now available as a Universal application for Mac OS X version 10.4 Tiger. The application has been ported to work seamlessly with both Power PC and Intel-based Macs.

Digital Performer 5.1 is now available as a free download at www.motu.com for registered Version 5.0 users. This maintenance update, provided as a Universal application, can be installed on any Intel-based or Power PC Mac and provides numerous code enhancements and optimizations.
