Calabasas, CA (February 23, 2005)–Music production company MusicBox will release a new 1,000 track/20 hour music library entitled “Cue.” The announcement was made by MusicBox co- founders/composers Dan Stein and Joel Goodman. “Cue” is a new, diverse library of original MusicBox music tracks, with a focus on dramatic underscore, and includes a healthy dose of current musical styles.
Regarding the release of this new library, Stein and Goodman said, “We are thrilled to announce that ‘Cue’ not only rounds out our existing library by filling in many niches and offering our clients a broader array of material to choose from, but concurrently marks our company’s 100th CD release.
“For a boutique music production company such as ours, we feel that this is an enormous accomplishment. Our customers certainly will benefit from the new breath of product we are able to deliver to them, in any format, and across multiple genres.”
MusicBox also released the first of a new series of CD’s under the brand name “Cinematic,” with the first edition entitled “Action Adventure,” during mid-January 2005. The new “Cinematic” series of CD’s will consist of music associated with the silver screen. They will provide MusicBox clients with a unique blend of modern orchestral music with cutting-edge musical styles.
The first “Cinematic” disc, “Action Adventure,” is comprised of ten unique themes with various mixes and edits per theme, for a total of 70-minutes of music. As the title implies, the music on this disc is associated with modern action and adventure films. This particular CD has an extremely large scale, “massive”-sound featuring full orchestra and chorus.
