"Creating great music for children has been one of my primary goals since I began composing for film and television," remarked Mothersbaugh, co-founder of DEVO and composer for such television shows as Rugrats and Pee Wee's Playhouse, and films such as The Royal Tenenbaums and Rushmore. "It's very cool to be nominated for all the hard work that Albert, John, Silas and myself have put into this show."
