New Management At SoundTube Ensures Growth

Park City, UT (April 29, 2004)--A new, long-term financial investment by a Kansas City electronics company has brought a change in management at SoundTube Entertainment. MultiService Electronics has increased its financial commitment to SoundTube in order to advance the Park City company's development of new audio products and ensure SoundTube's future growth.

Park City, UT (April 29, 2004)--A new, long-term financial investment by a Kansas City electronics company has brought a change in management at SoundTube Entertainment. MultiService Electronics has increased its financial commitment to SoundTube in order to advance the Park City company's development of new audio products and ensure SoundTube's future growth.

Chris Combest, founder of MultiService Electronics, has assumed the role of SoundTube CEO. Jerry Gulden, a director of MultiService Electronics, has been named president and will run the day-to-day operation of SoundTube. Combest said the company would remain based in Park City.

David Wiener, the founder of SoundTube, will continue to serve as a consultant.

SoundTube designs, manufactures and markets loudspeakers for the commercial audio industry. Eight new SoundTube products are expected to begin shipping in August.
