New York, NY (March 16, 2004)–Notable NYC recording studio Threshold Music & Production has a production suite up for lease in its midtown Manhattan facility. Housed inside Threshold and currently available for leasing, the suite features a control room and an acoustically tuned live room with iso booths. Threshold’s looking for rock-oriented producers/projects to lease out the space, which comes with a reduced rate for recording time in Threshold’s main facility.
“While this is a rental situation, there’s opportunity for so much more,” said Threshold’s James Walsh. “We’d like to find the right partner to which we could offer our resources, as producers and engineers, as well as the studio space.
Threshold Music & Production’s Studio A features a square foot live room, a Trident 80 B console, Digidesign Pro Tools with tons of plug-ins, an MCI JH24 2″ 24-track machine, Ampex ATR 102, and loads of classic processing and dynamics. Outboard gear consists of racks of Urei, Teletronix, API, Daking, dbx, Pultec, Summit, Lexicon, and more. Threshold’s collection of microphones includes mics from Neumann, Reslo, Sony, Rhode, Sennhiser, Audio-Technica and Sure.
