Omnias Foti Nautels Martin to Release Joint White Paper at NAB

Cleveland, OH (April 6, 2004)--Frank Foti of Omnia Audio and Scott Martin of Nautel will release their joint white paper, "Enhancing the Digital Path: Digital Multiplex (D-MPX) Connectivity," at the Broadcast Engineering Conference, held during NAB 2004. The technical paper looks at the problems of modulation overshoots due to sample rate converters and the connection method of AES/EBU pertaining to stereo generation in the exciter as opposed to the processor.

Cleveland, OH (April 6, 2004)--Frank Foti of Omnia Audio and Scott Martin of Nautel will release their joint white paper, "Enhancing the Digital Path: Digital Multiplex (D-MPX) Connectivity," at the Broadcast Engineering Conference, held during NAB 2004. The technical paper looks at the problems of modulation overshoots due to sample rate converters and the connection method of AES/EBU pertaining to stereo generation in the exciter as opposed to the processor.

The discussion will reveal a new concept for high performance MPX generation and interconnectivity to an audio processor. Also discussed will be the advent of HD Radio and a new performance digital path presented.

This joint presentation is slated to be delivered at 3.00 p.m., Monday, April 19 at the NAB Convention, Room N110, in the Las Vegas Convention Center.
