Outline Releases VIP Program

Brescia, Italy (December 19, 2005)--Release N-2 of the V.I.P. (Vector Implementation Protocol) program dedicated to aiming Outline Butterfly line-array systems is available. The part of the program regarding the aiming of both flying and stacked systems has been redesigned, in order to achieve, according to the company, "almost absolute precision between prediction and reality, which cannot be further improved as it only depends on factors out with the system, whose definition is necessarily in users' hands, such as cables' weight and positioning."

The output of the aiming function--obtained using five specific manual and semi-automatic commands, plus other two completely automatic commands (which, in turn, lead to nine different aiming variations)--provides a single screen showing the mechanical and acoustic information necessary for riggers and system engineers to proceed with the installation of each single array.
