Redmond, Washington (June 13, 2005)–PlayNetwork, a developer of custom music programming and systems integration for the retail and hospitality industries, has been using dbx ZonePro audio systems controllers to offer its clientele an audio control solution. As an example, retailer Abercrombie & Fitch and eatery chain Hooters of America each have systems using the controllers, benefitting from the ZonePro’s advanced processing and control.
“The ZonePro has virtually everything we really need in a controller,” commented Stephen Dorsey, vice president of marketing and creative at PlayNetwork. “Retailers and restaurants that demand a quality experience want the dynamics that a high-grade product can provide but are also cost-conscious. The ZonePro allows us to offer a product that meets both of those criteria.” Dorsey cited the ZonePro’s I/O configuration, security features, remote control ability, and internal operating software as just a few reasons why PlayNetwork has made the ZonePro a main consideration in all of its new systems installations for clients.
The dbx ZonePro also figures prominently in PlayNetwork’s G.I.G.S. (Great Installations – Great Systems) quality assurance program. “We’re the only professional music programming provider and systems integrator that has a quality assurance program with these levels of standards,” noted Dorsey. “A big part of that is being able to listen to the client and identify their needs and performance criteria. That helps us find the right products to meet their needs in the design phase, the installation phase and in service afterwards. It’s great to have a company like dbx working with us to provide products that help us offer maximum support to our clients.”
