QSC Appoints Engebretson VP

Costa Mesa, CA (March 11, 2005)--QSC Audio Products has appointed Mark Engebretson as the new vice president of R&D, chief systems architect. He will be responsible for the top-level technical management of QSC's three core technologies: power amplifiers, loudspeakers and digital systems. He will play a critical leadership role in further developing QSC's technologies, integrating those technologies into system solutions, and improving its overall R&D capabilities and product development performance.

Costa Mesa, CA (March 11, 2005)--QSC Audio Products has appointed Mark Engebretson as the new vice president of R&D, chief systems architect. He will be responsible for the top-level technical management of QSC's three core technologies: power amplifiers, loudspeakers and digital systems. He will play a critical leadership role in further developing QSC's technologies, integrating those technologies into system solutions, and improving its overall R&D capabilities and product development performance.

Engebretson joins the QSC Audio family after five years with JBL, where he spearheaded its R&D department. Prior to JBL, he operated Summit Laboratories, was vice president of product development for Altec Lansing and vice president of R&D for Paramount Pictures.
