Radial Upgrades Duplex Stereo Direct Box

Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada (March 6, 2006)--Radial Engineering has upgraded its JDI Duplex stereo direct box to enhance its connectivity by now including -10 dB RCA connectors, and +4 dB XLR inputs. This is of particular interest to the AV systems engineers that are constantly having to adapt system interfaces "on-the-fly" when setting up for events where source equipment is always changing.

The Radial JDI Duplex is equipped with two Jensen Audio transformers, noted for the Bessel curve and frequency response. Ruler flat from 10 Hz to 40 kHz, and with virtually zero phase distortion, the JDI Duplex demonstrates greater than 90 dB of common mode noise rejection that eliminates problems such as buzz and hum caused by ground loops.
