Wuppertal, Germany (May 27, 2010)–Riedel, which manufactures intercom, fiber, audio and radio technology, has kicked off its “Riedel Tuesday… o Go” HD video tutorial series.
As a complement to Riedel’s “Riedel Tuesday” free software training sessions, the video tutorials answer the most asked questions about Director, Riedel’s configuration and control software for the Riedel Artist digital matrix intercom. The “Riedel Tuesday…To Go” tutorials are available for free on the Riedel website, Youtube and iTunes. More video tutorials will be available soon, but some of the current offerings include:
Audio Patch Control
Riedel Director’s “Control Audio Patch” function gives option to control parameters of an Audio Patch in realtime on a Riedel Artist panel.
Audio Patch Kill Mic
This is an example for a very common Audio Patch in Riedel Director. Learn how to switch off all microphones of a Riedel Artist control panel.
A new feature in Riedel Director 5.91 is the “Monitor” function. It works similar to the listen function but does not require an extra key.
Audio Patch Overview
This tutorial will give you a general overview how Audio Patches work and what you can do with them. Audio Patches are a possibility to make changes to the normal signal flow of a panel.
