Old Lyme, CT (June 3, 2005)–On March 1, 2005, Sennheiser GmbH & Co. KG, located in Wedemark, Germany took over the marketing and development divisions of Klein+Hummel GmbH, located in Ostfildern, Germany, including all product rights and brand use. A newly-founded company, K+H Vertriebs–und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, represents this move. At InfoComm 2005, Sennheiser will preview the new K+H freePORT PAS 400 wireless speaker for installed sound, corporate presentations and smaller live sound applications.
Noted Jeff Alexander, Sennheiser’s vice president of sales, “With the K+H line, Sennheiser adds another quality, high-end product group to our growing line of distributed brands. This brings us another step closer in our quest to become the one-stop shop for virtually all professional audio needs.”
