Old Lyme, CT (January 11, 2007)–Sennheiser Electronic GmbH & Co. KG has announced a major restructuring. Rolf Meyer, president of marketing and sales and speaker of the executive committee, is leaving the company. The company released this statement: “The shareholders would like to thank Mr. Meyer for his intense and successful cooperation in different assignments for the company during the past 12 years and wish him the very best of luck in his future endeavors.”
In addition, Volker Bartels, president of manufacturing and logistics, has been named speaker of the executive committee. Furthermore, Susanne Seidel, vice president of marketing, takes on the responsibility of marketing for the entire Sennheiser Group and has become a member of the executive committee.
Paul Whiting, vice president of sales, will be responsible for sales for the entire Sennheiser Group and has also become a member of the executive committee.
