Niles, IL (May 8, 2006)–Christine Schyvinck has accepted the position of executive vice president of global marketing and sales for Shure Incorporated.
Chris Schyvinck, ShureIn this role, Schyvinck will have responsibility for the management of Shure’s five business units: U.S., EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), Asia, International Americas (Canada, South and Central America) and Personal Audio. She replaces Michael McGinn, who has left the company.
Previously, Schyvinck had been executive vice president of operations and had responsibility for the management of global manufacturing and quality functions, including procurement and process and tool engineering. She joined Shure in 1989 as an engineer in the Corporate Quality Division.
Also at Shure, Ron Thompson, formerly director of global manufacturing, has accepted the position of vice president of operations.
