New York, (November 24, 2009)–SIR Entertainment Services has developed a new Manhattan event and performance space, SIR Stage37. SIR is known for its main business of rehearsal space and musical instrument, audio and backline rentals.
At the venue’s grand opening, guests from the music, fashion and event industries were treated to an open house with live music and special celebrity appearances, plus giveaways of Fender and Paul Reed Smith guitars and other surprises. Earlier that same evening, BizBash, a resource for event planners nationwide, also held its annual award show celebration toast at Stage37.
Located just a block from the Javits Center, SIR Stage37 features an open, blank slate space that can be adapted for any event situation. The main event hall is 8,500 square feet with 26′ ceilings supported by minimal columns with 50′ spacing.
SIR Stage37 also offers an 1,100 square foot mezzanine that overlooks the main space, a large lobby, contemporary restrooms and additional space for production, storage, rehearsals, and more.
“We are thrilled to open SIR Stage37 and are proud to make it available to the entertainment and events community,” commented Bo Holst, a partner in SIR Entertainment Services. “We’ve already hosted events for major corporations for product launches, international meetings, fashion events, parties, and more. Plus, we are strategically situated to easily accommodate businesses that need space near the convention center.”
