London (May 20, 2005)--DK-Technologies has supplied its flagship MSD600M++ audio meter to Satellite Information Services (SIS), a company that provides video, audio and IT/data, as well as text information and data, to the horse racing industry throughout the UK, Europe, Far East and other parts of the Globe.

SIS, based in Corsham Street, London, is also the parent company to SISLink, Europe's largest supplier of satellite uplinks.

The MSD600M ++ was specified by Shift Leader Tony Antoniou, who is based in the company's broadcast engineering department.

"We purchased the meter to monitor and evaluate audio related problems and assess audio equipment and systems performances," Antoniou explained. "Due to its portability, state of the art technology and future proofing capabilities, the MSD600M++ provides us with the tools required in the broadcast audio industry to evaluate, monitor and analyse audio signals and parameters."

Antoniou added that SIS has been delighted with the meter's performance. "It has provided us with what we need as a tool, but certainly has far greater capabilities than we require at present. I look forward to acquiring specific additional hardware to enable us to start benefiting further from the unit's capabilities."

Andy Page, director of DK-Technologies UK, which was responsible for the sale, said: "DK's MSD600M ++ is ideally suited to Satellite Information Services' requirements for a mixed format audio solution. The meter allows them to meet the demands of their current application and be confident that they can add/expand in the future with minimal hardware investment."
