New York, NY (May 19, 2004)–Sound on Sound’s last month of sessions was highlighted by a myriad of talent from Jive Records. Engineer Brian Stanley had his hands full in Studio B with artists who include Petey Pablo, Rasheeda, Ciara, Mob Deep and Twista.
In SOS’s SSL 9072 J-equipped Studio A, Vanessa Williams was tracking with producer Rob Mathes and engineer Mark Mendelbaum. Marc Anthony was also in tracking and mixing with producer Sergio George and engineer Papo Rios, and Bilal spent time tracking with engineer Mike Tocci.
In Studio B, Philly’s Most Wanted was mixing with engineer Eric Butler, and with Stanely engineering, Petey Pablo was editing and mixing with producer Lil’Jon, Rasheeda was tracking and mixing with producer Shondrae, Ciara was tracking and mixing with Lil’Jon, and Twista was mixing with Nick Cannon. Barbara Cook was also mixing in Studio B with producer Hugh Fordin and engineer Cynthia Daniels.
EA Sports was in Studio C mixing a commercial with producer Pras and engineer Jason Groucott. And, in Studio D, the soundtrack for the Elephant Man was being edited by producer Rob Tewlow and engineer Oscar Zambrano; Christina Milian was editing with producer Bloodshy and engineer Alex Venguer; and a Crest Toothpaste commercial was tracked and mixed by Thwak Music and Tony Verderosa, with engineer Bojan Dugich.
