Dallas, TX (May 7, 2007)–Stephen Arnold Music has delivered Volume 8 of its promo music library, Box of Rocks, dubbed Jack’s Playlist AKA Crisis Management. Available for immediate licensing, Box of Rocks Volume 8 was conceived specifically for Stephen Arnold Music’s partners in anticipation of the heavy demand and tight turn-around time for on-air promotion spots during the upcoming May Sweeps period.
Acknowledging that humor, as well as high-quality music and sound effects, is greatly appreciated during the high-stress sweeps period, composer Stephen Arnold said: “Box of Rocks Volume 8 is the only music collection in the Universe dedicated exclusively to promos, sweeps, topicals, stingers, Prozac and the Type A producers on the edge of a tight deadline.”
As with all preceding Box of Rocks releases, each track on Jack’s Playlist is designed to grab the audience’s attention, providing promo producers with the aural support they demand. Tracks vary in duration, based on actual broadcast time, and impart readily defined edit points without compromising on the emotional dynamics of the sound. The end result is a “go to” arsenal of visual music loaded with suspense, drama, action and investigative cuts, everything promotion managers and producers need to deliver that extra push during sweeps.
Upon receiving his Box of Rocks Volume 8, KCBD’s creative services director Josh Young emailed his appreciation to Stephen Arnold Music, writing: “Big thanks for the timely release of Volume 8. We’re in love with Box of Rocks.”
