Dallas, TX (June 4, 2004)–Stephen Arnold Music will be a major sponsor of events during Promax&BDA Award Show in New York, June 22-25, 2004. Company founder/composer and SESAC member Stephen Arnold, a recent Emmy Award winner for his work on behalf of Comcast Cable, and currently nominated for six 2004 Promax World Gold Promotion & Marketing Awards, will present a special panel during Promax.
The panel, entitled “Aural Sex: Seduce Your Viewer with Sound,” will be held on Friday, June 25, at 3pm, at the New York Hilton Hotel. This high-energy sonic branding session will present attendees with the looks, and sounds, of the best recent audio-driven spots from stations, networks and advertisers around the TV world.
According to Arnold, while a picture may paint a thousand words, music and sound can portray a million more. A Hofner “Beatles Bass” guitar will also be offered as a grand prize to one lucky audience member.
Courtesy of the SESAC performing rights society, Bruce Miller, the Emmy-nominated composer of the Frasier TV theme song, whose other TV works have included themes to Becker, Wings, The John Larroquette Show, and Designing Women, will be the featured panelist on the “Aural Sex” presentation. Additional speakers will include Frank Radice, senior VP, The NBC Agency, Martin Poole, director, sales and marketing, Bruce Dunlop & Associates, London, and board member, PROMAX UK, as well as Stephen Arnold.
Stephen Arnold Music will also present the Atlanta-based Beatles tribute band The Return during a special Gallery Reception Event at the Hilton Hotel on Wednesday, June 23, from 6-8 pm, and again on June 24, at the Stephen Arnold Music suite at the Hilton Hotel, from 6-8 pm.
