New York, NY (December 1, 2005)--Tonic, a NYC music mixing, composition and sound design for visual media company, has opened Tonic Downtown, located within Full Circle Post at 19 W. 21st Street. This latest expansion offers Tonic's downtown clients convenient access to its audio services, as well as introducing its entire spectrum of original scoring, sound design and mixing capabilities to Full Circle Post clients.

"Activity at our Tonic East and Tonic West locations, in midtown and the West Side, respectively, has been at an all-time high," said Tonic principal/composer, Peter Fish. "However, we also wanted to accommodate the growing number of production and agency clients operating south of the 23rd Street border. The warm atmosphere and professional infrastructure of Full Circle Post are ideal for Tonic Downtown."

Tonic Downtown features a fully-equipped stereo and 5.1 surround Pro Tools HD mix room, effectively expanding the on-site audio services and video packages Full Circle can provide to its clients. Both Tonic Downtown and Full Circle Post clients will have access to the same staff that has established Tonic East (50 E. 42nd Street) and Tonic West (450 W. 33rd Street). Emmy Award-winning composers at Tonic include Peter Fish and A.J. 'Andy' Gundell, as well as sound designer Jun Mizumachi and mixers Bill Cavanaugh, Doug Johnson, Anthony Erice, and Juan Aceves.

"Tonic has enjoyed steady growth throughout 2005," added Lisa McKenna, VP and general manager of Tonic. "In addition to a steady stream of commercials and long form documentaries, we have seen sharply increasing demand for our mixing services in 30-and 60-minute episodic television."

Tonic's recent spot work includes Chapstick, Hyundai, Charmin's, Miller Lite, and Chivas Regal. Long form projects include Mystery Diagnosis for TLC, Cash in the Attic for HGTV, plus Trailer Fabulous and Boiling Points for MTV.

Full Circle Post has been providing editing and graphics to broadcast and corporate clients since 1986. "Having Tonic onsite is an important addition to Full Circle Post," said Scott Doniger, president of Full Circle Post. "Now our clients have a complete solution for top-tier mixing, music and sound design available to them, all under one roof."
