New York, NY (March 23, 2005)–Dubway Studios recently recorded Tori Amos and Ben Folds for the VH1/Original Media show Live at VH1.com with engineer Jason Marcucci and assistants Clint Collins and Patrick McLemore. Antony, of Antony and The Johnsons, was back again in Dubway’s Yellow Room, this time producing a new band called Beaut with Dubway engineer Emery Dobyns.

Dobyns, well known for engineering the acclaimed Patti Smith album Trampin’, also worked with the recently signed Devendra Banhart this month in Dubway’s Yellow Room on his new project.
Showtime series The L Word kicked off its second season this month with the music of composer Elizabeth Ziff, who tracked episodes in Dubway’s Yellow Room with engineer Julian Mc Browne and Dubway engineer Mike Presta. And, Bardic Records/Sony recording artist Ben Arthur returned to Dubway’s Yellow Room again, starting work on his new album with Dubway owners/engineers Al Houghton and Mike Crehore tracking the sessions.
Lastly, the well-publicized Christo & Jean-Claude opened their grand art installation The Gates in New York City’s Central Park. The two artists tracked their film commentary (Five Films About Christo & Jean-Claude, Plexifilms) at Dubway Studios with owner/engineer Al Houghton.
