Trio of Trions Head To Korean Church

Seoul, Korea (March 3, 2005)--Yonsei Central Baptist Church, the second largest church in Seoul Korea, offers workshops and sermons that have seen attendance levels numbering in the hundreds of thousands. As a result, the Church's newly designed prayer center at the base of Yonsie's Prayer Mountain is designed to accommodate tens of thousands of worshippers with a massive worship hall. With so much going on, the church needed a multipurpose system on a large scale, and much of the resulting set up is based around three of Harrison's new Trion audio consoles.

As a result, the Church’s newly designed prayer center at the base of Yonsie’s Prayer Mountain is designed to accommodate tens of thousands of worshippers with a massive worship hall. With so much going on, the church needed a multipurpose system on a large scale, and much of the resulting set up is based around three of Harrison’s new Trion audio consoles.

The center is home to two Trions used for Live/Broadcast and a third Trion configured for fully automated Post Production. A single Trion used as a front-of-house console is also providing the on-stage monitor mixes from a stage-side remote controller. To share resources, each console is networked, via fiber, to a Harrison digital.engine, with combined resources consisting of 288 mic inputs, 160 digital 40-bit channels and more than 96 fader strips.
