Toronto (November 28, 2006)–The Creaking Tree String Quartet and Nashville producer Bil VornDick have teamed up to record the group’s third album at Chalet Studios in the rolling hills north of Toronto.

VornDick is well known for his work with Alison Krauss, Ralph Stanley, T. Bone Burnett, Bob Dylan and Bela Fleck, and The Creaking Tree is rounding up some nice honors for their previous work as well, including a JUNO Award nomination and the “Pushing the Boundaries” trophy at the Canadian Folk Music Awards.
