New York, NY (September 8, 2008)--Stevie Wonder recently played a key role in the final day of the Democratic National Convention, performing his hit, "Signed, Sealed, Delivered," before Barack Obama's acceptance of the presidential nomination. Jubilant convention attendees cheered as they heard one of the campaign's signature songs sung by the original artist.
Universal Music Group's Universal Mastering Studios East also played a role in the success of this performance. The full-service studio delivered high-resolution audio mixed from the original master tapes within hours of a request on the day preceding Wonder's performance. Wonder was thrilled with the mix and used it during his performance to the capacity crowd of convention delegates at Invesco Field.
