Dan Craik. New York (November 6, 2007)–Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, Inc. (YCAS) announces the appointment of Dan Craik to the position of House of Worship Marketing Manager. The company has also expanded its sales force with the appointment of Mike Eiseman to District Manager for the Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin sales territory. In his new position, Eiseman will be responsible for all sales activities and the implementation of marketing plans throughout the territory.
Craik joined Yamaha in 1998 and held the position of product manager for hardware products responsible for YCAS product marketing and support of its digital and analog consoles. Prior to joining Yamaha, he taught audio recording at California State University, Chico and during this period, served as the director of the Aspen Audio Recording Institute in Aspen, CO. Craik also owned a full line musical instrument/professional audio retail store where he was a Yamaha dealer.
Mike Eiseman “The church installation market is very significant for our company and it is extremely important to dedicate resources in order to provide houses of worship, consultants and contractors with exemplary support,” states Marc Lopez, marketing manager, Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, Inc. “Dan understands what this market requires to better support their efforts, so it was a natural choice in appointing him to this position.”
Prior to joining the YCAS sales team, Mike held the position of project manager at Chicago-based pro-audio company TC Furlong for three years. Previously, he was on staff at Willow Creek Community Church where, for over 14 years, he was the live audio engineer for church events, holiday services, and national and international conferences. He was also the recording engineer for numerous church-produced albums. “Mike’s strong background in commercial audio and production will make him a great asset to our district manager staff,” states Paul Furtkamp, National Sales Manager, Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, Inc.
Craik resides in Nashville with his wife Carol, and Eiseman lives with his wife, Camille and their children in the Chicago area.
