Valencia, CA (July 12, 2013)-Ah2 Music has named Scott James as its new vice president of business development and has launched a new music catalog, “Filtered Music.”
“We are thrilled to announce the launch of our newly designed website, and concurrently, our ‘Filtered Music’ catalog, which features over 30,000 tracks, that can be tailored to virtually any type of television, film, advertising, trailer, videogame or multi-media need,” said Lippencott and Williams, co-founders, Ah2 Music.

Ah2 Music developed the “Filtered Music” catalog based on years of feedback from some of Hollywood’s most skilled producers, directors, editors and music supervisors. This new catalog features over 30,000 tracks, and is responsible for scoring many of today’s hit shows. Prior to joining Ah2 Music, James held a series of progressively more senior positions over the course of 31 years with both Universal Music Publishing Group and, earlier, with MCA Music Publishing. Most recently, James had been executive vice president, film, television, and synchronization – worldwide, with Universal Music Publishing Group. During that time, he led the 35-person film and television department for the world’s number-one music publishing company.
