Los Angeles, CA (May 9, 2016)—Custom music production and sound design company The Hit House has named Jesse Goodwin, most recently music supervisor with Seismic Productions, as the company’s first vice president of music supervision.
Prior to Seismic, he ran the music departments for houses including Big Picture Entertainment and Herzog & Co. He has overseen numerous marketing campaigns, winning two Golden Trailers for Best Music, and has freelanced on many other entertainment projects.
Sally House, owner and executive producer of The Hit House, says, “Well, it finally happened. The success of the Hit House has not only exceeded our hopes and expectations but our capacity to manage it on our own. After a long string of tremendous victories for our company, it become clear that we would need to bring a heavy hitter on to expand the depth and range of services we provide to our clients. We’ve worked shoulder to shoulder with Jesse on so many great campaigns—and it is a real win for us now to have him aboard. He truly embodies The Hit House spirit: creative, driven, genuine and passionate about music.”
Adds Goodwin, “I have been a client of the Hit House since their inception, for no other reason than they are amazing at what they do and made my life as a music supervisor much easier. I’ve always appreciated how they work and interact with people, which to me is just as important as the work they create. When the opportunity arose to become part of their ever growing company, it felt like a no brainer. I can’t imagine a better fit for me.”
