Rastatt, Germany (November 13, 2015)—Music Mix Mobile (M3) announced the purchase of Lawo mc256 consoles for two of their state-of-the-art mobile recording trucks at this year’s AES Exhibition in New York.
One truck is based on the East Coast, the other in Los Angeles. The Emmy Award-winning company provides capture and broadcast services for a clientele that includes well-known music and entertainment shows.
“The decision to go with Lawo was a natural one for us,” stated Joel Singer, responsible for systems design and technical engineering at M3. “With these new consoles we can provide our customers the highest level of audio quality, while ensuring we have all the flexibility and reliability our business requires.”
The Lawo mc256 consoles are fully redundant systems, both have 48 fader surfaces with redundant cores and Stageboxes, built-in 8,196 x 8,196 audio routing capabilities and offer RAVENNA/AES67 compliant operation.
