Seattle, WA (July 12, 2012)–Music Group has completed its two newest Customer Care Centers, situated in Las Vegas, Nevada and Kidderminster, UK.
Equipped with diagnostics and repair equipment and staffed by 65 employees, these centers aim to provide rapid turnaround with parts and technicians for all Music Group brands, including Behringer, Bugera, Midas, Klark Teknik and Turbosound.
“Two years ago, we launched a massive audit of our customer Care systems and determined that the best way to ensure a superior customer experience was to bring product repair in-house,” states company founder and CEO Uli Behringer. “With one of the lowest defect rates in the industry, it only made sense to deliver after-sale repair and parts supply directly to our end users so as to ensure the best possible experience with our products.”
Music Group VP of Customer Care Pat Ferdig adds, “Our Care operation now includes more than 125 people across four continents offering pre and post-sale service in seven languages. We have made significant investments in our tools, employees and resources that allow us to take complete control of the service that our customers are receiving.
