at Loho Studios CHARLOTTE, NC—On May 11, Neutrik USA celebrated the grand opening of its new U.S. headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event saw a number of speeches from Neutrik VIPs, including CEO of Neutrik AG, Werner Bachmann, as he recalled company history, beginning as a one-man operation in a barn in Liechtenstein. Other celebratory highlights included raffles for door prizes (including iPods and an iPad), a visit from the John Lennon Bus, facility tours, North Carolina-style pulled pork barbecue for lunch and lots of Neutrik-emblazoned “swag.”
The move from New Jersey to the new 25,000-square-foot facility consolidates Neutrik U.S. operations completely under one roof, logistically places the headquarters very close to a major U.S. airport (Charlotte Douglas International), allows for plenty of warehouse and office space, and provides permanent product displays for training purposes.
As Neutrik sources explained at the event, following this somewhat difficult physical transition in January— one marred by inclement weather and some relocation difficulties— March marked the company’s highest revenue in over 22 years of business.
