Hanover, MA (February 14, 2018)—Pro Audio Design has launched a new education division that will focus on assisting schools to develop music technology concentrations. Leading the new division is noted pro audio educator and past-president of the AES, John Krivit.
Pro Audio Design president Dave Malekpour explained the move, stating, “We will offer strategic guidance on curriculums and instruction, accreditation and state licensure, faculty hiring and professional development, admissions and marketing, federal gainful employment requirements growth strategies and plans for facilities and technology that align with institutional success.”
Krivit is a past president of the Audio Engineering Society (AES) and served from 2010 to 2015 as the chair of the AES Education Committee. A connector of students, educators, artists and professionals, he has taught at Emerson College, Bay State College and the New England Institute of Art, and has given lectures around the world.
Aside from education, Pro Audio Design combines equipment sales, design and technical services under one roof, also handling repair and maintenance; warranty service; refurbishing, upgrades and modifications; installation; commissioning and more.
