Franklin, TN (August 14, 2012)—Building Lives Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless veterans in the Nashville area, will host its Fifth Annual Live-In Studio Concert on September 8 at Sound Kitchen Studios in Franklin, TN. All funds raised during the event will benefit Nashville’s veterans.
The concert, “No Veteran Left Behind, We Are Building Lives,” is hosted by two-time Emmy-winner, WKRN Broadcaster Neil Orne. A VIP experience begins at 5:30 p.m. at the studio, with general admission starting at 7 p.m.
Performing artists include: 3 Doors Down, Bluesgrass in the Courtyard, Keni Thomas, Matt Rogers, Gary Ray, Josh Dunne, Ward Davis, Brian Callihan and a special guest appearance by Rob Rappaport.
Regrettably, over 20 percent of Nashville’s homeless are honorably discharged veterans. Building Lives Foundation, Inc. is committed to assisting Nashville’s veterans by providing one-on-one mentoring, health and psychological care referrals, employment, transportation, housing and financial education. The organization’s singular goal is to support and transition each veteran to become productive members of our community. Since it’s inception, Building Live Foundation, Inc., has served over 225 individuals, 16 families and 23 children.
