Boston, MA (October 24, 2016)—When API debuted its new Legacy AXS Console at the recent 141st AES Convention in Los Angeles, it had already sold the first model to Strange Weather Studio in Brooklyn, NY. Now the second AXS has found a home, too, having been sold by Boston-based AVN Systems to an undisclosed client currently building a facility due for completion in early 2017.

AVN Systems specializes in designing, specifying and integrating professional audio and video systems for various venues.

"This is definitely an exciting moment for AVN," says company owner PK Pandey. "The client is very excited to receive the AXS 32 Channel Console and start experimenting with the new workflow and automation features that it offers.

“The new possibilities in routing, parallel mixing, and scalability made it an easy decision for us to specify this console for this studio. It's an amazing console, and we are very pleased that API developed this. It brings more possibilities for our clients."
