New York, NY (September 19, 2017)—ARX Systems has released its NetSplit Dante Digital-to-Analog Distribution Splitter.
The unit uses Dante network protocol to extract audio from a network and convert it to transformer-isolated, low-latency analog audio, suitable for connecting to multiple amplifiers, powered loudspeaker arrays, mixing consoles and other analog audio devices using standard Ethernet hardware and cabling.
The NetSplit has two input modes, Dante and Analog. In Dante mode, it will extract two channels of digital audio from the network via aRJ45 Ethernet input, and split them to two channels of 1:4 splitter / distribution amplifier.
In Analog mode, it can take two channels of Analog audio, and split them to two channels of 1:4 splitter / distribution amplifier.
The unit offers sample rates of 96 KHz, 48 KHz (default) and 44.1KHz, and bit depth of 24 bits. Also on board are balanced XLR outputs, and full LED status indicators.
