DPA d:vote Gains 3 New Mounts

DPA offers 3 mounting options for its d:vote 4099 Instrument Mic.

New York, NY (January 15, 2016)—DPA has released three new mounting options for its d:vote 4099 Instrument Microphone, a small supercardioid condenser mic with detachable cable and gooseneck extender: the CM4099 Clamp Mount with grip (pictured), SM4099 Microphone Stand Mount, and AC4099 Accordion Clip. As such, the d:vote Series can be seen as appropriate for pro-level orchestral and acoustic music recording as well as sound reinforcement applications.

The SM4099 makes it possible for musicians to mount a d:vote mic on a traditional microphone stand, while the CM4099 is a clip designed as a comprehensive solution for a variety of instruments. The AC4099 is mounted directly on an accordion, which typically requires a minimum of two microphones—one at the left/right hand side and one at the base/treble area; the clip can be permanently mounted to the instrument using screws or temporarily using adhesive.
